Wurldtech Security Technologies
Designed and developed a custom Moodle installation to deliver courses to clients such as Shell, Cheveron and BP. This application included a java based content tree, Ajax loading to save state and a completely rebuilt front end application for delivering the same course material to multiple clients. I also designed and developed a custom Joomla Installation to manage their new site. The custom applications I developed include modules for Events, Press Releases, News, Blog, Testimonials and Job Opportunities. In addition it contained custom banners, international language support and a mootools javascript based custom gallery.
Vancouver Coastal Health
I provided programmer analyst and development for key hospital systems. Provided key programmer analysis for the Access Manager project, one of the largest IT Health Care projects in the region to date. Developed and optimized MSSQL stored procedures, functions, scripts and database design on a 10GB database or clinical records. Developed custom scripts for the Sunrise Clinical Manager to affect clinical workflow. Developed and supported reports written in MSSQL Reports, Crystal Reports and C++ reports. Delivered education materials, training and support to doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. Participated in several production roll outs and upgrades. Developed training environments provided user security for the SCM clinical application. Provided mobile application for trainers to register their class attendance remotely and be tracked on a project web site. Trainers would confirm attendees security information on the remote PC and synchronize the data at the end of class. Provider front line 24/7 on-call support for all key clinical systems in the hospital.
Real Estate Foundation of BC
Developed a web-based application to assist the Real Estate Foundation with their Grants Management and on-line Grant Application Process. Having previously developed their first generation grants management application, the foundation contracted me to update their system. I was the sole developer on this project and used a PHP/AJAX rapid development framework to standardize the interface for future expansions and scaling.
BC Counsel on Admissions and Transfers
Delivered a web application for University students to plan their courses on-line and track their credits for graduation. The data was synchronized onto a local database via remote connection.
